Yūgen

Lighting

Restraint, as a form of depth.

Yūgen favours what is understated. Nothing in it asks for attention; its presence builds gradually, through proportion, the grain of the wood and the quality of its light. It is a piece for interiors that value stillness, where a single well-made object can set the tone of an entire room.
