Shipping & Returns

All STUDIO HOFFENBARTEL collection pieces are made to order. The estimated production time is 4-6 weeks after your order has been confirmed and paid.

Every standard collection piece has a defined design and dimensions. You may choose the wood for your piece from the available options: maple, oak or walnut.

The production time is an estimate and does not include delivery transit time. We will keep you informed if anything affects the schedule of your order.

Custom designs, special dimensions and bespoke commissions are handled separately, through a direct inquiry to the studio.

We deliver within Israel and internationally, subject to the product and the destination.

Shipping costs are calculated individually for each order, according to:

• the dimensions and weight of the piece;
• its packaging requirements;
• the delivery destination;
• the most appropriate shipping method.

Before any payment is made, you receive a personal quotation that includes the price of the piece and the shipping charges. Nothing is charged until you have approved the final quotation.

For international orders, import duties, customs charges and local taxes may apply in the destination country. Your quotation will state whether these are included or not.

Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping method, and are confirmed individually with each order.

You are welcome to collect your completed order from our studio, free of charge. Orders collected from the studio are not charged any shipping fees.

Pickup is by prior appointment, once your order is ready. We will contact you to arrange a convenient time.

STUDIO HOFFENBARTEL offers returns and exchanges of eligible standard collection pieces within 14 days of receiving your order.

Pieces returned under this voluntary policy should be unused, undamaged and properly protected for transport, subject to applicable consumer protection law.

For returns due to a change of mind, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, where permitted by law. Alternatively, eligible pieces may be returned directly to our studio in Tel Aviv by prior arrangement, with no return shipping costs.

If a piece arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or not as ordered, your rights and our obligations are those set by applicable law. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.

This voluntary 14-day policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any cancellation, return, refund, warranty or other rights you have under applicable law.

Bespoke commissions are made to individual specifications, and their terms are agreed separately for each project, subject to applicable law.

• your name and order reference;
• the piece and the wood option you ordered;
• whether you would like a return or an exchange;
• if relevant, a short description and photographs of any damage or defect.

We will reply personally to confirm the next steps for your return or exchange.
